We are couples, but they arranged one room with two beds, they fixed the problem as soon as possible and give us a hour free massage. not to mention the really nice and friendly staff. I will definitely come back again if I go to Bali.

The washing room is not so clean as new. And the last night we stay, the staff forgot to give us the mineral water.

The staff were fantastic very helpful I was travelling alone with 3 small children and they made life very easy with assisting me in every way

Location, design, facilities and staff were very good and made our stay very enjoyable and memorable.

There were too many mosquitoes and flies. The management did provide for sprays, mats and coils but that was not enough. The ambience was great but at times we felt that there should be option for more illumination in the bedrooms.

Beds were super comfortable!

The thatched roofs meant that noise is not concealed... You can hear everything!

The staff is courteous and helpful. The villa is quiet for relaxation.

Bvilla Spa was well postioned as it was very close to the street with restaurnats & shops in Seminyak. The size of the Villa was extensive and the pool was a goood size. The srevice was excellent and hte staff were friendly & obliging.

The villa & surrounding pool and garden are much in need of an update.The breakfast choice was very limited. The wi-fi service was very inconsistnet & made communication via email very dificult. If the Villas were renovated we would happily return to Bvilla Spa

I do not consider this villa a five star due to the negligence of the place. It is a nice and comfortable villa but way to pricy for what you get. Location is great and staff are very nice and helpful.

The TV has many good channels, would be even better if the TV has English Premier League football channels. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall cleanliness of the hotel is not up to standard as we experience black lizard droppings from the roof every night during our stay at the villa. We had to get the hotel staff to keep changing our bedsheets before we sleep. The room aircon, even at 18 degrees was still very hot, until we sweat lot in the room. Water level in the bath tub rise to shin level as we took our shower because the water could not flow properly into the drain.

The 3 bedroom villa was great value, and had great facilities for us. The outdoor living area, besides our own private pool was a lovely place to relax after shopping in Seminyak and Legion. The bedrooms were huge, with huge bathrooms, and quite luxurious. Breakfast was cooked, by the chefs, in our private outdoor kitchen. The fruit, eggs, bacon and hash browns were more than enough to get us going. Drivers were available most times to take us to the shops, and when they were not a taxi was called and only cost a couple of dollars. The restaurants on the main road were a 15 - 20 minute walk but only a couple of dollars in the taxi. We had 81 year old Granny with us, and she loved the place.

There was nothing really to dislike about these villas. They are not brand new, and the bathrooms have the Bali musty smell, but that is fairly common. I would recommend the Bvilla if you are looking for value for a family. The large bath was awkward for Granny to get into with her knee replacements, but she managed to sit on the side and swivel around.

Beautiful, relaxing, stay for only one night, can't comment much. Breakfast good.

If the management can maintance it better will be good.
